1. Q: Do I need any special equipment for the GLOPEX system?
A: A traditional phone set,high-speed internet service (Cable or ADSL) and a GLOPEX box are all you need to get connected.

2. Q: Does my friend or family need to sign up for GLOPEX service in order to receive my calls from the GLOPEX box?
A: No, they only need to be using a traditional phone to receive your call from anywhere in the world.

3. Q: Can I forward calls from the GLOPEX portable number to my local cellular service?
A: Yes, you can and you pay only for the cellular service.

4. Q: What happens when the Internet goes down?
A: All of your incoming calls will be transferred to the telephone number you designated. No important calls will be missed.

5. Q: If I want to send the box to my family members abroad, will that work?
A: Yes. You can send the box abroad so you can call their 604 number with no long-distance charges to them or to you.

6. Q: Can I take my GLOPEX box to another country? Will it work?
A: As long as a broadband Internet connection is available, you will be able to make and receive calls as if you were at home.
