	Nicer is a Canadian based technology company that provides applications over an IP network. Nicer’s customers could be any city in the world, placing and receiving calls fro a Vancouver (604) phone number. Nicer is and emerging company taking advantage of improving tehnology to remove the basic myths regarding VoIP telecommunications. Nicer provides voice service by signing up subscribes via the Web, at retail outlets and through channel partners. The residential or business customer receives a NICER VOICE GATEWAY (“GLOPEX”) or a USB phone set. Simply plug the router into a DSL or cable modem, connect an Ethernet cord to the gateway or USB phone, pick up the phone handset and they will obtain a dial tone from Nicer’s server for calls to North America or Asia.

‧	Management

	Paul Chen-President and Director Mr. Chen is the founder and President of the Company. He holds numerous authorizations in various aspects of computer and communication solutions. Paul has more than 10 years of experience in the design and implementation for computer networks. This led him to develop the company's convergent technologies to next generation networks. Anne Lin-Chief Operating Officer and Director Ms. Lin is the Operations Manager for Nicer and has over 10 years of experience in the high tech industry. Anne joined Nicer Canada Corp. in 1997. She leads the company's services, operations, and project management functions. Louis W. MacEachern-Chairman and Director Mr. MacEachern has served as a director of PetroKazakhstan Inc. (formally Hurricane Hydrocarbons Ltd.) (NYSE:PKZ, TSE:PKZ) since 1989. Mr. MacEachern is also a Director of several natural resource and IT companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange: Acacia Capital Corporation, Hoodoo Hydrocarbons Ltd., Rare method Capital Inc., and Well point Systems Inc. Michael Maher-Director Mr. Maher is currently a Professor and from 1981 to 1999 served as the Dean of the Faculty of Management of the University of Calgary. Mr. Maher holds a degree in engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a PhD from Northwestern University where he focused on the management of research and development, innovation technologies and general management. Michael Wang-Director of Technology Ms. Wang has more than 10 years experience in networking and telecommunications infrastructure. He has extensive experience with various wide-area networking technologies, such as satellite, Wireless, and Free-space Optics. John Manning, Director of International Business Development Mr. Manning was the Director of International Business Development for 10 years with Eicon Technology of Montreal. He was also responsible for the establishment of global distribution and reseller channels for the company and a leading force in the positioning and presence of Eicon as a world leader. John is a senior member, IEEE.
